HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on $75+ orders to the continental U.S. only. For orders under $75 the following rates apply:

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders for in stock items are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

We ship all packages via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Shipped orders take an estimated 1-3 business days to arrive. Package tracking is included with your order.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?


At the current time we do not offer expedited shipping but we are researching this option for the future.

HOW SHOULD I REPORT A DAMAGED ITEM IN MY BOX?


Please report any damaged or missing items to hello@artsibox.com within 7 days of delivery.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

1. Double check your tracking information from your shipment confirmation email.
2. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
3. Report your lost shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date to your local post office.
4. Contact our team at hello@artsibox.com and include your order number.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If the post office supplies us with a delivery receipt, we cannot be held liable for undelivered packages.
  • All packages returned to us due to insufficient address will be promptly refunded minus full shipping cost (Actual cost of shipping may be more than your flat rate fee). Please confirm your address is correct before placing your order.

FOR ALL ORDERS 

  • Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
